Wow! Our frequently asked questions page used to be just a short, small page. It has grown over time to include many good questions that others have asked or that you, yourself may have.

I would like to order a webset but have a couple of questions. Can I use them on my ebay store and can I use more than 10 buttons? I have more catagories than that.

Answer

Yes, you may use with an Ebay store as long as our link logo or text link is in place, just as if you were using a template. Yes you may use more than 10 buttons.
I include 10 buttons with text in each set but, I do include blank buttons for those who want to add their own text or decide they want many buttons.

I really like your graphics, do you also design custom graphics ?

Answer

We do not at this time. If and when a good block of time opens up for us to work on custom graphics (which we love doing by the way ! ) We will announce it on our home page.

Do all of your graphics print?

Answer

No, some graphics are drawn pixel by pixel and are not printable, or they won't print well. Pixel graphics are not resizable, they must remain the size they were created in or will look blurry. All pixel graphics on our site are labeled as such, so you will be aware of this. Usually pixel graphics are for web use only or 72 dpi .gif format.

How will I know if certain your graphics will print?

Answer

Any graphics that are not labeled "pixel graphics" you will be able to print or re-size. Printables are created in 300 or higher dpi (dots per inch)

What is a zip file, and how do I use it?

Answer

A zip file is an archive or folder containing your graphics, that is compressed. It becomes a smaller size after compression. After it's recieved, it needs to be un-compressed with a zip utility. I personally use Winzip, but there are namy zip compression programs available. When your zip file arrives, all you need to do is unzip the files to a location on your hard drive and you will be able to navigate to that folder, open it, and view all of your graphic files.

What forms of payment do you accept ?

Answer

Visa and Mastercard credit cards accepted through Paypal secure online processing. An account is not needed with either payment processor.

Question

I am the business owner, and my IT person is building my web site. I love the style of your graphics and want to use them on my site.

What do I need to do to be able to use your graphics inmy site design? What are the fees? I want to follow copyright rules and stay out of trouble. Not sure what type of licensing I need to make this possible.

Answer

There are no extra fees if people use purchased graphics on their own web sites. If you bought a web set for example, you may use the graphics contained in it only for your web site, as long as there is credit given in the form of a link back to Heaven Graphics, and the images are not altered into something else.

The only time a license fee is charged is if the purchaser wants to produce something in mass quantity, or a crafter wants to publish the art to multiple items they are creating and selling, such as mouse pads to sell on ebay or packaging material for their craft goods.

If I am a web designer, and I want to purchase your graphics to design web sites that I sell to other merchants, does this mean I also need to pay a license fee?

Answer

No you do not, but a credit link back to this site is asked of you, if you are making a continuous profit by using our graphic designs. We do not charge web design businesses a license fee.

Many designers appreciate not being required to pay an extra fee and I appreciate being credited for my artistic work. You are permitted to purchase graphics and combine them into a webset, but do not have permission to alter or change the graphic design. You are granted legal permission to make a profit from web sites you design using our copyrighted graphics when purchasing any of our country merchant webset templates. Just browse our web graphics to find designs you may be interested in for designing your products, product packaging or web site.

Can I use your graphics to make any thing I want ?

Answer

You may not use our graphics to make anything you want, you must use them in accordance with our terms of use or "TOS" . When using our graphics, you are legally bound to the terms of use.

Do you also design web sites ?

Answer

We love to put pages together, unfortunately, we also have limited time, so web page design is something we do on an idividual and contracted basis. If you are interested in having a site designed by Lori, send us some information regarding more details.

Do you maintain web sites for other businesses ?

Answer
Sometimes. I love to design and webmaster other websites as much as I love to create graphics, but do so on a limited, individual basis. Contact me if you would like to discuss webmaster work.
