ONEsite Custom User Theme Tutorial

How to create a custom user theme with ONEsite social network building control panel.

Here is a tutorial I put together on making a custom user theme for your profile. You don't have to settle for the default themes, if you would like to personalize your theme to more closely match your Etsy shop or business site profile.

The theme creator is located in your profile tab, start there and have a go at it. You can always change it if you don't like it, or revert back to one of the default themes. Be sure to SAVE every time you make changes.

Step 1: Go to your profile tab and choose "layout and style". Scroll to the bottom area of this page.

Step 2: Name your custom theme. Do NOT click "preview" until finished completely. Using the values in the left side, you can change colors, images and borders.

Step 3: You may need to change browser settings to allow pop ups.

Step 4: When completely finished with color / image changes, go to the bottom of page and click "preview". You will see your created theme shown in a pop up. Close the pop up, and you should see the "save" button as shown in next image.

Step 5: Click "save" button to be sure you don't lose any of your changes.

Step 6: It takes a few moments to have your custom theme approved by the system. You can check it's status by clicking on "edit user themes" to either make ongoing changes to your theme or check to see if it is approved.

Step 7: Shows how your themes will look while pending.

Step 8: Once your theme is approved, it will appear in your "layout and style" page as an option. Click the radio button to choose the theme and then click the "use selected style" button.
