Frequently asked questions

WE NO LONGER REQUIRE A COMMERCIAL REGISTRATION FOR BUSINESS USE !!

Prompt customer service, and order deliveries generally within 3 hours Monday through Friday 9 am - 10 pm central time.

Orders placed on a weekend will recieve an order confirmation email, and your order will be processed on Monday morning.

Current order processing times: 1 business day.
Payment Types Accepted

We do not give refunds on digital goods.
We work with mostly .gif, .png, and .tif formats. Download our product test files here to be sure you will be able to work with them in your images editor of choice.

Visa and Mastercard credit cards accepted through Paypal secure online processing. An account is not needed with Paypal payment processor to purchase your graphics.

IMPORTANT:

Orders delivered to customer's confirmed credit card address only.
If ordering using a credit card, your home mailing address must match address on credit card when ordering graphics, or purchase will NOT be processed! Absolutely no P.O. box credit orders accepted under any circumstances. Orders taken from valid accounts only. We reserve the right to refuse sales to overseas accounts at our discretion.

Order Delivery Methods

All collections are delivered by sending you, the buyer to a secure web address. Log in using your details and download your order (zip file) for up to 24 hours after purchase. When ordering, please be sure to disable any filters which may prevent our confirmation email being sent to you, at the address you provided during checkout.

Money Order

If you wish to make payment by money order, please contact us and we will send you the details to do that. We will let you know the status of your order via email, or phone if using Money Order for payment, and you must print our Printable Order Form, and include it with your M.O. Your order will be delivered when your payment has cleared only, no exceptions.

If you are a first time customer, please print our terms for information on using copyrighted graphics. If you are a returning customer, or web designer, please print them, so you can keep updated on any changes. Changes will be listed near the top in red text. Thanks!

Payment Records and receipts

After placing your order you will be sent an email with all important order information. Please save this payment confirmation email for future reference and as copy of your payment receipt. We will need this information should a problem arise with your order.

Refund and Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. All our products are carefully inspected prior to offering them available for download, but due to our products being strictly digital, no refunds or returns are available.
