A prompt response is given to orders and email questions generally within 2 hours Monday through Friday and within 6 hours on weekends.

Payment Types Accepted
Visa and Mastercard credit cards accepted through Paypal secure online processing. An account is not needed with Paypal payment processor to purchase your graphics. We do not accept money orders or personal checks at this time.

IMPORTANT:
Orders delivered to customer's confirmed credit card address only.
If ordering using a credit card, your home mailing address must match address on credit card when ordering graphics, or purchase will NOT be processed! Absolutely no P.O. box credit orders accepted under any circumstances. Orders taken from valid accounts only. We reserve the right to refuse sales to overseas accounts at our discretion. We're sorry, no personal checks accepted.

Order Delivery Methods
All graphics are delivered by directing you to a secure web address. Log in using details that we send via email and download your order (zip file) for up to 24 hours after purchase. When ordering, please be sure to disable any filters which may prevent our confirmation email being sent to you, at the address you provided during checkout.

Refund and Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. All our products are carefully inspected prior to offering them available for download. Due to our products being strictly digital, no refunds or returns are available.
We work with mostly .gif, .png, and .tif formats. Download our product test files here to be sure you will be able to work with them in your images editor of choice.

After placing your order you will be sent an email with all important order information. Please save this payment confirmation email for future reference and as copy of your payment receipt. We will need this information should a problem arise with your order.
