General

Our clipart and graphics are royalty free. Buyer pays the commercial licensing fee one time at purchase and no other recurring fees apply. Royalty Free does not mean a user is free to take and use whatever content they find available to them. Heaven Graphics are not public domain images. Our wish is for you to be able to use our graphics and art work any way you like, while protecting the integrity of our original work.

We adhere to these rules to assist small craft and cottage businesses with quality graphics that can be used to grow your product line at an affordable price.

1. Our original images may not be shared, copied, offered for sale or given away in any form. Our clipart graphics may not be added to any collection for re-sale, CD Rom or offered for download from another website.

2. Use of our images online, or in print requires a credit link. Use of our images on the products you create or packaging that includes work derived from our designs requires a credit link. The linked logo included with our graphics is acceptable, or a link to us is available here in different styles to paste into your html page for your convenience. All printed material using these graphics as sold or incorporated into your own design must include a blurb at bottom of page in small print:
"(your product)________created using original art by http://www.heavengraphics.com" or similar language.

Thank you for giving us credit for our original images. Your taking the time is very much appreciated and your kindness is noted, both by myself and others who visit your site or purchase your products.

Free Graphics

Non-commercial or clipart graphics for personal use require no licensing fees, but do require a credit link.

We request a link back to this site as described above. All free graphics are located on our free country graphics page. You are more than welcome to take the freely offered graphics to use on your website, blog or social profile, we just ask that you tell others where you got them and not claim them as your own design.

Business Licensing

1. There is a

general use

license issued automatically when you purchase directly in our shopping cart. Licensing fees paid by purchaser are non-transferable. Licensing and written permission are legally binding for purchaser. General Use license allows purchaser to create up to 1000 pieces

2. No mass production is allowed without a

commercial

license agreement and written permission. This arrangement is required if you plan on creating a product with either our original design OR a design of ours that you altered to make your own design with the intention of marketing and selling the product on a mass scale (1,000+ pieces), using our original AND altered images if producing in large quantities, whether digital or tangible. No exceptions.

Examples requiring a license agreement:
(large scale retail production, derivative works) :

• embroidery digitizing
• craft patterns
• candy bar wrappers
• greeting cards or paper products
• apparel
• website or template design business
• scrapbook business

Examples not requiring a license agreement :

• marketing or promotional materials for your own small business
• web design for your own personal or business site
• personal scrapbook layouts
• printed materials and clipart for church or school use

Delivery

1. All files are delivered to the email account that was used to make the order within 24 hours of placing the order. Please make sure you are able to receive email from our domain so your order is not stuck in a spam filter.

2. In the event that email delivery is not possible, we will notify the purchaser of a download link. Buyer will input a temporary user name and password to complete the download. Buyer must ensure files are saved appropriately. We offer purchased files for replacement for up to thirty (30) days after original purchase.

Refunds

Customer satisfaction is important to us. All our products are carefully inspected prior to offering them available for download. Due to our products being strictly digital, no refunds or returns are available. Any damamged files will be replaced. Please be sure to read our customer service information before purchasing graphics. Terms are subject to change or update without notice. Any adjustments in our terms will be noted in red text at the top of this page, on our customer service page and also our home page.

File Types

Our graphics may be used for a huge multitude of uses. All web graphics are in web-ready 72 dpi .GIF format. Any copyright information that is watermarked onto our graphics must remain intact. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a program that is compatible with the below described file types, and the knowledge to work with them. Aditionally, we have a published article about file formats if you need more help before making a purchase.

We work exclusively in PSP7 (Paint Shop Pro 7) and all files are PSP7 compatible. Printables are in .png and .tif formats. 300dpi or higher resolution. All web graphics are in .gif formats, or 72 dpi

Download files to your desktop, and open them with your graphics or paint program. If you are new to working with graphics, you may want to consult your software instructions or documentation.

You will need a program to unzip files. Winzip is one free utility that will do the job. If you plug "freeware imaging software" or "free graphics program" or "scrapbooking software" (no quotes) into any of the major search engines, you'll find numerous free programs to give a test drive, and create with!

When purchasing clipart and graphics from Heaven Graphics you are entering into a legal agreement between you and Heaven Graphics, whether you read these terms or not they are legally binding. Please take the time to read and understand our terms of use. The "Terms of Use" are provided for legal protection of both parties. It clarifies the terms under which the images contained within this collection may be used, both present and future. Downloading or purchase of our art work and images is a legal agreement to the terms of use described on this website. Files will not be used in an obscene, defamatory, or immoral setting or for any purpose which is prohibited by law. Any use in direct conflict with the terms outlined here is in direct conflict with U.S. copyright laws and therefore subject to all legal fees and costs associated with copyright violation. Theft and unauthorized redistribution will result in legal consequences. Purchasers are expected to read, understand and comply with these terms. Even if they are not read by you, these terms are legally binding. All images that comprise this web site itself are the sole, exclusive and permanent property of Heaven Country Graphics and may not be reproduced by any method including screen captures and downloads. You are agreeing to abide by international copyright laws whether you fell asleep or not!
