Our web graphics are royalty free, but are NOT public domain images. Purchased images are not to be re-sold unless they have been altered by you by adding text.
1. Our original images may not be shared, copied, offered for sale or given away in any form. Our web graphics may not be added to any collection for re-sale, CD Rom, offered for download from another website or sold via any medium unless special permission is granted, in writing.
2. Copyright logos are included with your graphics if you would like to link to our website. Thank you for giving us credit for our original images. We spend a great deal of time creating them. Your taking the time is very much appreciated and your kindness is noted.
Non-commercial or clipart graphics for personal use require no licensing fees, but we kindly request a copyright link.
You may link back to this site as described above. All free graphics are located on our free country graphics page. You are more than welcome to take the freely offered graphics to use on your website, blog or social profile, please tell others where you got them and not claim them as your own design.
1. All files are to be downloaded instantly upon purchase. If you experience any issues, please contact us using the email account that was used to make the purchase order. Please make sure you are able to receive email from our domain so your order is not stuck in a spam filter.
2. In the event that email delivery is not possible, we will notify the purchaser of a download link. Buyer will input a temporary user name and password to complete the download. Buyer must ensure files are saved appropriately. We offer purchased files for replacement for up to thirty (30) days after original purchase.
Customer satisfaction is important to us. All of our Zazzle custom printed products and web graphic products are carefully inspected prior to offering them available for sale or download. Due to our web graphics being strictly digital, no refunds or returns are available. Any damaged files will be replaced. Please be sure to read our customer service information before purchasing graphics.
Free printables are in .png format. 300dpi or higher resolution. All web graphics are in .gif format, and 72 dpi resolution./strong>. Any copyright information that is watermarked onto our graphics must remain intact. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a program that is compatible with the below described file types, and the knowledge to work with them. We have a published article about file formats if you need more help before making a purchase.
Download files to your desktop, and open them with your graphics or paint program. If you are new to working with graphics, you may want to consult your software instructions or documentation.
You will need a program to unzip files. There are many free file unzip free utilities online that will do the job. If you plug "freeware image editing software" or "free graphics program" into any of the major search engines, you'll find numerous free programs to work with our images.
Heaven Graphics retains all copyrights to the art work displayed on this website. Please take the time to read and understand our terms of use. The "Terms of Use" clarify the terms under which the images contained within this web site may be used, both present and future. Files will not be used in an obscene, defamatory, or immoral setting or for any purpose which is prohibited by law. Any use in direct conflict with the terms outlined here is in direct conflict with U.S. copyright laws and therefore subject to all legal fees and costs associated with copyright violation. Theft and unauthorized redistribution will result in legal consequences. Purchasers are expected to read, understand and comply with these terms and are legally bound to terms. All images that comprise this web site and product design are the sole, exclusive and permanent property of Heaven Graphics and may not be reproduced by any method including screen captures and downloads.
