Please know that I am a woman of few words. It's true, just ask my blogging friends, I'm not a big talker. I dislike having to be so annoyingly wordy on this page, so I've tried to break down the legal speak info and toss in a little humor to liven things up so hopefully you won't be snoring too loud :)
You can click the links above to zero in on the droning prattle you would like to know about.
Check out our customer service and faq pages before ordering if you have more questions.
Terms Of Use
General
Heaven Graphics are not public domain or royalty free images. We politely request a referring credit link on the same page(s) where our image(s) appear. A link to us is available here to paste into your html page for your convenience.
Some sets or collections include a banner or logo that you may also use. We feel it's only fair that we are at least credited with the original image. We ask for a credit link as a matter of courtesy. Yes, the internet is full of sharks, but the web can be a great place if only we are respectful and fair.
You may credit our work as "________created using original art by Heaven Graphics" on any web pages or packaging that include work derived from our designs.
Please refer your links to: http://www.heavengraphics.com
Thank you for giving us credit for our original images. Your taking the time is very much appreciated and your kindness is noted, both by myself and others who visit your site or purchase your products.
We only have two rule requirements listed below. Our wish is for you to be able to use our graphics and artwork anyway you like, and to also protect the integrity of our original work. Why buy graphics if you can't use them for anything?! We want you to enjoy creating with our designs, be imaginative and dream up your own ideas. It's fun to create something and make a profit from your creative work!
I am blessed to have that opportunity every day and wish the same success to you and your venture, whether your passion is a personal blog, crafting, web design, digital scrapbook album or commercial business.
Restrictions
1. The first restriction is that you:
You may not offer our original graphics, clipart, templates, printables, paper designs or images for download free or sale in any form, whole or in part, whether print, digital or storage media collection such as a CD rom.
Our graphics in original form may not be shared, loaned, or redistributed in any manner, or used in creation of: email stationary, attachments, Incredimail Stationeries, mailing lists or newsgroups (Yahoo, MSN, etc), exchange groups, ICQ, chat rooms e-card sites, guestbooks, message boards, ez-boards, *big breath* filters, brushes, tubes, nozzles, fonts or other current/future software plugins, compilation CD, software or other reproducible media, online collection or archive, or redistributed for financial gain.
Specific images and buttons are received blank, and you are welcome to add your text in a program of your choice. You may create all of the above listed items, and more with your own finished design, just not our originals.
Licensing
2. The second restriction is:
No mass production is allowed without a license agreement. If you plan on creating a product with either our original design OR a design of ours that you altered to make your own design with the intention of marketing and selling the product on a massive scale, you will need to contact us and inquire about a license agreement. You must have written permission to license my work if producing on a large scale, whether digital or tangible. What is considered mass production? 1000+ pieces or products. No exceptions.
Examples requiring a license agreement (large scale retail, production use):
a) Your greeting card design, which was created using one or more of our graphics (derivative works) is picked up by a major publisher to be produced on a massive scale, and you want to sell your design to the publishing company for profit.
b) Your candy bar wrapper, made using one of our original designs is bought by Mars candy for the new Snickers bar wrapper, to be distributed to the masses...(yeah right!)
c) You've designed a tee shirt using one of our graphics in the design and are selling them in mass quantities online via a merchandise publishing company like Zazzle or Cafe Press. You plan to stamp a design on a new spinning tire rim and sell them world wide....well, you get the picture. This also includes items sold in mass quantities on ebay or other auctions as well.
Examples not requiring a license agreement (small commercial use):
a) Using our graphics to create labels or hang tags for items you produce in your small craft business.
b) Using graphics from our collections to digitally produce patterns for woodworking crafts for profit.
c) Embroidery, cross stitch or printable patterns for reproduction on fabric or paper products to be sold.
You must use our graphics to create your own piece of art, or incorporate them into a design of your own. You must create something new with the graphics or art work to legally sell your design.
You can sell or give away anything you make using our graphics without any extra fees, as long as your design differs from ours, and the piece or item you created is not being mass produced. We adhere to these rules to assist small craft and cottage businesses with quality graphics that can be used to grow your product line at an affordable price.
We do not charge web designers any additional fees for incorporating our designs into your own graphics you might use to design a site for a client! You must change the graphic to your own design or incorporate into another graphic. You may use them to design web sets and templates for profit as long as you do not add our original design and claim it as your own.
Our graphics may be used for a huge multitude of uses. All web graphics are in web-ready 72 dpi .GIF format. Any copyright information that is watermarked onto our graphics must remain intact.
Due to the fact that graphics are digital media, no refunds will be given. Please be sure to read our customer service information before purchasing graphics. You are purchasing permission to use the graphics, as is, not the copyright. HG retains all copyright to our original images. Terms are subject to change or update without notice. Any adjustments in our terms will be noted in red text at the top of this page, on our customer service page and also our home page.

Same as above, we request a link back to this site as described above. All free graphics are located on our free country graphics page. You are more than welcome to take our linkware to use on your website, blog or social profile.

Printables are in .png and .tif formats. 300dpi or higher resolution
All web graphics, including linkware are in .gif formats, or 72 dpi
Here are some example images for you to download, in order to ensure that these image formats are compatable with the graphics software program of your choice.
DOWNLOAD EXAMPLES:
image test files for printables. All others are in .gif format.
Download files to your desktop, and open them with your graphics or paint program. If you are new to working with graphics, you may want to consult your software instructions or documentation.
You will need a program to unzip files. Winzip is one free utility that will do the job. If you plug "freeware imaging software" or "free graphics program" or "scrapbooking software" (no quotes) into any of the major search engines, you'll find numerous free programs to give a test drive, and create with!
